Job Description:

• Must have knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle.
• Knowledge in training and development.
• Employee Attendance and Leave management
• Maintaining personal details of employees both soft copy and hardcopy.
• Process documentation relating to staffing, recruitment, employee personal records, Payroll, Attendance, OT, training, grievances, F&F etc
• Maintenance of Housekeeping, security, canteen, contract workers, Transportation.
• Conducting employee satisfaction survey’s and employee engagement activities.
• Must have knowledge in Employee Welfare and statutory compliances.

• Flexible in work schedule
• Must know Kannada & English typing & Drafting
• Awareness of HR Policies and Practices
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Candidates must ready to work in manufacturing industry.
