Support

Panacea responds immediately to service and support calls to maximize the productivity for hospitals. All Panacea service engineers are trained and certified by BARC. GSM Technology is implemented in all the Medical Equipments of Panacea for remote Diagnostics of the machine and to guide the operator to rectify the minor problems in the Equipment. The basic reason for implementation of the GSM technology is to provide customers a cost effective support and solutions by reducing the downtime of the Equipment.

We provide Support and service from 9am to 6.30pm Monday- Saturday, excluding national & public holidays. Our service centers are at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Bhopal, Agarthala, Cuttack and Pune.

Training

Panacea offers tailor-made training programs to ensure the optimum utilization of all the features of panacea equipments. The team of experts from panacea helps in planning therapy rooms and ensuring the radiation and radiology safety.

  • Panacea offers customized technical training and hands-on practice to intimately understand the functions of the machine, its maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Panacea provides awareness programs about the numerous safety features of the machine.

The technical support will put the customers in touch with product specialists in both hardware and software. The Support is available both by Mail and telephone during the office hours
